Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy At Douglas Hair Clinic, we value your time — and ours. To maintain a high level of service and ensure fairness to all clients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy: 📅 Appointments All appointments are scheduled in advance to reserve your dedicated time slot with a specialist. We kindly ask that you arrive on time to make the most of your session. ❌ Cancellations & Missed Appointments We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full fee will apply. Repeat cancellations may result in a pre-payment requirement for future bookings. 💳 Refunds We do not offer refunds on: Hair systems or custom hairpieces (due to the personalised nature of the product) Services rendered, including fittings, reinfusions, or consultations Missed appointments or late cancellations All sales are final once booked or purchased.
